Do you ship internationally?
This shop is for US orders only! Customers from other countries, please use my Etsy shop! Please note that your package may incur customs fees -- if your country has an import tax on purchased merchandise, you may have to pay it before your order is delivered!
Also, unfortunately I don't ship to Brazil due to the rigorous customs information required. Sorry!
How long will it take to receive my order?
US orders: About 1-2 weeks.
I ship new orders out once a week. Once I've shipped your order, you'll receive an email with its tracking number. Then it'll take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep.
International orders: About 1-2 months.

Will my order ship with tracking?
Sticker-only orders will be sent with stamp mail and do not include tracking. All other orders will ship with tracking. Once I've shipped your order, you'll receive an email with its tracking number.
How long will the plushies be available?
Until they sell out! My current estimate is that they'll be available until the end of 2024.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address or need to have it changed, message me immediately!

My card keeps getting declined!
Unfortunately there's not much I can do about this since the decline typically happens on the bank's end. I recommend trying a different payment method (like Paypal) or trying on Etsy instead.
Will Min's jacket be restocked?
No, not for the forseeable future.
